My body is from the flesh and blood of my parents
I am aware of the sacrifice my mother made in giving birth to me
I am aware of the sacrifice all the people who brought me up have made
With ceaseless care and love
You All have made me a proud man
The food I eat
The clothes I wear
The life I lead
Are all the gifts of You All
If I do not honor You All
How can I lead a happy life?
My primary duty
Therefore
Is to honor You All
Only then
Can my debt to You All be discharged
Nor is that all
The debt to You All
Can also be fully discharged
By rendering service to Humanity
